About Alderwyn

Alderwyn began as a small independent woodworking workshop where founder Rowan Ellis started crafting handcrafted bathroom organizers and spa-inspired décor for local homeowners searching for artisan alternatives to mass-produced accessories. What started as small garage-built commissions gradually evolved into a dedicated workshop specializing in handcrafted hardwood wellness décor and modern bathroom accessories.

Every Alderwyn product is individually fabricated using premium alder hardwood, white oak, maple, and ash sourced from regional lumber suppliers and specialty mills. Each piece is carefully milled, assembled, sanded, and hand-finished inside our workshop using traditional woodworking techniques combined with modern spa-inspired design principles.

We intentionally avoid mass production and imported inventory. Every order is fabricated after purchase, allowing us to focus entirely on craftsmanship, finishing quality, and natural material character. From raw lumber preparation to final protective finishing and packaging, every product is built specifically for the customer who commissioned it.
